Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs come with a 40-day warranty covering parts and labor. If the same issue comes back within that window, I'll fix it free of charge.
Is my data safe during the repair?
Absolutely. I never access personal data during repairs. Your photos, messages, and files stay private. For repairs that require a wipe (rare), I'll always warn you first so you can back up.
What if you can't fix my device?
Every repair starts with a thorough diagnosis. I'll explain what's wrong and give you a firm quote before any work begins — no pressure, no obligation.
How does mail-in repair work?
Simple: text or email me to describe the issue and get a quote. I'll send packing instructions, you ship it to me (any carrier), I repair it, and ship it back with tracking. I text you updates through the whole process. Works for anyone in Idaho.
Can you fix water-damaged devices?
I can try, and often succeed. Success depends on severity and how quickly you bring it in. The sooner the better — and please don't put it in rice (it doesn't help). Just text me ASAP and I'll walk you through what to do.
