What exactly does the 40-day warranty cover? expand_more
It covers the specific repair performed — both parts and labor. If your new screen develops dead pixels, if your replacement battery starts draining abnormally, if your new charging port stops working — that's covered. Bring it back (or ship it) and we'll redo the repair at no charge.
What if I drop my phone and crack the new screen? expand_more
New physical damage isn't covered by the warranty — that's a new repair. But we'll still give you a fair price on fixing it again. And it won't affect the warranty on any other repairs we've done on that device.
Do I need to keep a receipt? expand_more
No. We keep records of every repair including the date, device, and what we fixed. Just text us and mention the repair — we'll look it up. Our text history with you is usually enough.
Can I get a warranty on a used part? expand_more
If we offer a used or refurbished part as a budget option (which we always disclose), the same 40-day warranty applies. We stand behind every part we install regardless of whether it's new, aftermarket, or refurbished.
