Why I started fixing things

I didn't start Hailey Device Repair because I had some grand business plan. I started because I was good at fixing things, people needed help, and the nearest Apple Store is two hours away in Boise.

I've always been the person friends call when their phone screen shatters or their laptop won't turn on. At some point I realized — if I'm doing this anyway, why not do it right? Proper tools, quality parts, real diagnostics. Not the "stick it in rice" kind of advice.
