We're a one-person repair shop in Hailey, Idaho — not a data company. We collect only what we need to fix your device and communicate with you. We never sell your information. We never look through your personal files, photos, or messages during repair. Period.

That's it. No marketing analytics. No audience building. No profiling.
Your Device During Repair
This matters: we never access your personal data during repair.
- If a device password/unlock is needed for testing, we'll ask you to unlock it or set a temporary pin
- We test only the repaired component (screen touch response, battery calibration, speaker output, etc.)
- We don't browse photos, read messages, open apps, or access accounts
- If data recovery is requested, we work only on the specific files you identify
Cookies & Website Analytics
This website uses minimal cookies:
- Theme preference — Remembers your light/dark mode choice (localStorage)
- Banner dismissal — Remembers if you've closed a promotional banner (localStorage)
- Cookie consent — Remembers your cookie preference (localStorage)
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics. No ad networks. No retargeting. This site doesn't watch you.
Information Sharing
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited info only when:

Data Retention
We keep your contact info and repair history to provide warranty service (40 days) and to help with future repairs. You can request deletion of your information at any time — just text or email us.
