Pack & ship your device
We'll give you the shipping address. Grab a small box, wrap your device in bubble wrap or padding, and drop it at USPS, FedEx, or UPS. A small USPS Priority Mail box works great for phones.
We fix it (usually same day)
The moment your device arrives, we text you. Most repairs are done within 24 hours. If we find anything unexpected, we'll text you before doing extra work — no surprise charges.
We ship it back — free
Repaired, tested, and shipped back via USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge. You'll get a tracking number by text. Most Idaho addresses receive it in 1-2 business days.

Proper packing = safe device. Here's the quick version.
Phones & Tablets
- Power off the device
- Remove case and screen protector
- Wrap in bubble wrap (2+ layers)
- Use a small USPS Priority box
- Fill gaps with packing paper
- cancel Don't include chargers or accessories
Laptops
- Power off and close the lid
- Wrap in bubble wrap or foam
- Use a box at least 2" larger on all sides
- Pad all sides, especially corners
- Include charger in a separate bag
- cancel Don't ship in a laptop bag (not enough protection)
Game Consoles
- Power off and unplug everything
- Remove discs and cartridges
- Wrap in bubble wrap
- Original box is ideal if you have it
- Joy-Cons: ship detached, wrap individually

Most repairs are completed within 24 hours of receiving your device. With shipping each way, total turnaround is typically 3-5 business days depending on your location in Idaho. Boise/Nampa customers often get devices back in 2-3 days.

Yes. Return shipping via USPS Priority Mail is always free. You only pay for shipping your device to us. We can also provide a prepaid shipping label for an additional $8 if you'd prefer not to arrange your own shipping.

How should I pack my device? expand_more
Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding — bubble wrap, packing paper, or even crumpled newspaper works. Remove any cases or accessories. For phones, a small USPS Priority Mail box ($8-$9 at any post office) is perfect. Power off the device before shipping. See our full packing guide above.
