How to read these prices
- They’re real menu prices, not bait. If hidden damage changes the job, you hear the new number before I touch anything — that’s the quote-first rule.
- Parts tier: quality aftermarket or OEM service packs. Genuine manufacturer parts are available on most jobs and cost more — ask and I’ll quote both.
- Mail-in prices include return shipping. You ship it to Hailey (or drop off locally); the tracked trip back to you is built into the mail-in column.
- Diagnosis: text-photo quotes are free. Real bench diagnosis — no-power machines, water damage, mystery faults — is $45, credited toward the repair.
- PC laptops: hardware repairs are quoted per job after diagnosis (models vary too much for a fixed menu). The flat-rate services above cover the common software and thermal work.
- Prices move with the parts market. This table is maintained by hand and dated — if a part’s cost drops, so does the price.
